Our Team

Sarab is a trial lawyer with litigation experience which includes working for the prosecutor`s office in a foreign jurisdiction. After articling with a leading immigration law firm in Victoria, BC, Sarab joined a boutique litigation law firm in Downtown Vancouver. 

On gaining much experience, Sarab decided to return to his roots and joined a leading law firm in the Lower Mainland where his practice focused on areas of Criminal Law and Family Law. In addition to acting as duty counsel for Abbotsford and Chilliwack Provincial Courts, Sarab has conducted trials and multiple chambers hearing in Supreme Court of BC and has also appeared before the Federal Court of Canada.

As a lawyer, Sarab takes pride in assisting clients based on their individual needs. Sarab believes in settling matters without the assistance of the courts where possible. This allows clients to have greater control of the final outcome. Further, this approach reduces legal costs and stress. However, if an out-of-court resolution is not possible, Sarab is more than capable of litigating matters in court. 

Sarab is fluent in providing services in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
